Haider Ali Raises 50 On T20I Debut – First Pakistani To Achieve The Feat

Haider Ali has become the first ever Pakistani player to score a 50 on T20I debut. Haider, 19, achieved the feat in the Pakistan vs England 3rd T20I on Tuesday.

The young, energetic batsman raised his first international fifty on 28 deliveries only. The brilliant knock included 5 fours and 2 sixes to get to fifty.

Haider’s debut was long due since his wonderful performances in the ICC U-19 World Cup and the PSL 5 where he represented Peshawar Zalmi. Eventually, his turn came during the last T20I of the 3-match series against England and he had a statement to make.
