Royal Challengers Bangalore have always been a solid unit and we can rate them at no. 4 as the tournament begins and IPL T20 2020 gets underway. Delhi Capitals look a strong outfit right now and can be expected to seal the third spot on the points table. As of now, we’d rate the two finalists of the IPL 2019 to be the top two teams in this season as well and they’d be closely placed on the first two positions. Mumbai Indians deserve the top spot, obviously, as they won the last year’s IPL T20.There will be a stiff competition between Rajasthan Royals, Sunrisers Hyderabad, and Kings XI Punjab as well. For now, we can rate them at sixth, seventh, and eighth positions respectively. Kolkata Knight Riders have also got some top players of the format and it won’t be surprising if they make their way into the top 4. However, for now they are placed at the fifth spot.

It’s just the initial rating and we’ll keep updating the IPL 2020 points table as the tournament goes on. Stay tuned and get the latest updates here on IPL 2020 team rankings points table
